Notice sounds and sensations inside and around you.

Do they enliven you? Or do you retract in repulsion or fear.

Intuitively move in response,

Embody your sensing

Make marks and reconnect your mind with your body.

These are steps toward understanding.

Notice when shutdown, freeze or disappear occur

Are you able to make sense of this?

Hold your experiencing in a different way.

Lean into dissonance and resistance.

You could learn something wonderful.

Open up become curious.

As witness and companion
